An Outstanding Experience
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Blush & Blonde Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

ARRIVING LATE & CANCELLATIONS
Be Considerate
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 25% of booked services as a fee.
Blush and Blonde Salon is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. Our Grace Period is 15 minutes; At 30 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment.

NO-SHOW'S
No Ghosts Please
Sometimes you forget-we're all human, it happens. However, if you no-call/no-show:
You will be charged 50% of booked services as a fee (charged to the card on file or at your next appointment)
and the privilege is lost to pre-book your appointments (at our discretion).
After 2 No-Shows, we will no longer accommodate you.
Notifications are sent out at time of booking, and reminders are sent 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
