An Outstanding Experience

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who enters our doors

with the best possible service we can offer.

That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Blush & Blonde Salon experience.

By booking with us, you agree to these policies.

Guests who do not abide by our policies may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Out of respect to all clients and staff, we ask that topics such as religion and politics be discussed outside of the salon.

ONLINE BOOKING REQUESTS

Convenience

We are happy to accept online booking requests through our booking portal, found here.

We require that credit card info be input at time of booking request,

only requests made with a card on file will be confirmed.

You will not be charged at time of booking.

This helps ensure a speedy check out process, as well as

confirming your appointment date/time, and agreement to our late, cancellation, and no-show policies.

ARRIVING LATE & CANCELLATIONS

Be Considerate

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it.

If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, please give us a call or send us a message

letting us know and we can happily reschedule.

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we charge a late fee of 25% of confirmed services.

At Blush & Blonde Salon we are usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment

(without letting us know), we cannot guarantee we will be able to

accomadate you in the previously allotted time,

as we wouldn't want to impede on another clients' scheduled appointment,

and we'd hate to rush through your service.

Our Grace Period is 15 minutes; At 30 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment.

NO-SHOW'S

No Ghosts Please

Sometimes you forget-we're all human, it happens. However, if you no-call/no-show:

 You will be charged 50% of booked services as a fee (either charged to the card on-file or at your next appointment)

and the privilege to pre-book any future appointments is lost (at our discretion).

After 2 No-Shows, we will no longer accommodate you.

Notifications are sent out at time of booking, and reminders are sent 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

CHILDREN & PETS

Safety First

For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding children in the salon.

Please make all necessary childcare arrangements prior to your visit. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, but it would also be equally as much for our staff. 

 

While we love pets and other animals, we can only accept service animals to join you at your appointment at this time. They must be kept on-leash and either at your feet or in the reception area, for their safety and those around them.

  • Because we use hot styling tools, sharp instruments and chemicals (such as hair color and texturizers) we ask that no children are present in the salon unless they are receiving a service. This is for your child's safety and protection, as well as ours. This includes children in strollers, carriers, or in your lap.

  • Children must be supervised and remain in the reception area until it is time for their service.

  • Out of respect for our other guests, we ask that any disruptive children be taken elsewhere until the noise subsides.

  • Any gaming systems or other electronic devices may be used with headphones to keep the noise level to a respectable minimum.
